Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you reside in California, you are entitled to additional rights under California law. We ensure compliance with the CCPA. Your rights include:
- The right to know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed to third parties.
- The right to say no to the sale of your personal information.
- The right to access your personal information, which we will provide within 30 days of such request.
- The right to know what personal information is collected from you and how it is used.
- The right to have your personal information deleted.
- The right to equal service, price, and non-discrimination.

Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light Act,” you may request information about how we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their marketing use. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliates or related third parties (e.g., service providers, vendors) to provide products and/or services offered on this website to you. When we disclose such information, it remains confidential between us and that third party and is not used for any other purpose not permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold your personal information and do not intend to sell it. Under the CCPA, you still have the right to opt out of sales and may send us a “do not sell my information” request. To exercise your rights under California law, please email us at contact@twrsmedia.com.
Only you (or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf) may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. Your request must provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity or authority (e.g., name, address, country) and describe your request with enough detail for us to understand and respond. We cannot respond or provide personal information unless we can verify your identity or authority and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will attempt to respond within 30 days of receipt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority with jurisdiction over GDPR issues.
We require only the information that is reasonably necessary to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to consent to any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.
